An Anti-Depressant

Recently I told a close friend of mine about many different instances in my life in which God was involved, helping to direct me. Sometimes those directions led to roads that were difficult to travel. But in the end, they yielded fantastic results, significantly improving my life. Every time. Without fail.

At some time I will share many of these experiences on this blog. But for now, my point is that my friend suggested to me that I start every morning recalling those times. Such excellent advice.

How unfortunate that I can be so forgetful, needing to make a deliberate effort to remember God’s “risky” instructions and that always proved right.

These are difficult times. But all of us are “on God’s radar.” God loves us and is not indifferent to us.

Will we listen to God’s instructions? God is talking to all of us. Sometimes we will like what God is telling us to do, or not to do, and sometimes we won’t. Of course, God’s insight will always be correct.

God is always faithful to us. Are we always faithful to God?

Faith and trust in God are always well-placed. They create peace of mind, too.
