I have read that, depending on the source, this past Saturday’s “No Kings” protests were held at 2500-2700 locations and attended by 5,200,000 – 8,200,000 people.
Fox reported 5+ million. USA Today estimated 7 million. Those sources that were especially sympathetic to the event reported 8+ million.
Depending on whose estimates one chooses to use, attendance in October was anywhere from 25% to 300% greater than for the events held last June. Based on the various sources of the attendance estimates, I am guessing that participation in October was roughly double what it was in June.
